The Ear Cuff.

Now, I am not edgy/rocker chic etc by any standards, but these I couldn't pass up. Yes, as predicted my boyfriend/parents hate them but they have no clue, right?

Zurich Day Two

Today I donned my usual winged liner, stained lips and black jeans/leather jacket combo. Spent the final day of my weekend trip just wandering around the city with my family. Don't let the pictures fool you, the weather looks beaut but it was freezing. Ballet flats and no socks was a major error.

Zurich-Day One

Arrived in Zurich early this morning to basicaly London weather. Nevertheless, spent the whole day just wandering around the city, sitting in (ridiculously expensive) cafes drinking coffee eating macaroons. Pure Bliss.

Subtly Outrageous

A beautiful little pleasure for myself.
If anyone knows my style, I am very classic, you know, into beiges, creams, neutrals etc. Same for my nails, I strictly stick to French or neutrals. Never have I strayed.
But yesterday in SuperDrug I saw these nails and got a bit of a thrill and now they're on it makes me so happy to look down and see them. Not to mention, they make it very easy to mix metals jewellery wise- again something I do not do.

What's in My Bag-Travel Edition

Heading off to Zurich this morning and whilst on flight I decided to do an impromtu 'What's in my bag' post. I probably looked like a massive weirdo taking pictures at all angles of my bag.
Although this bag doesn't get much use in London, it is perfect for travelling; light, waterproof, pockets everywhere, goes with anything and still chic enough to spruce up any outfit. Love it!
 Stuff :/

  • Passport and Boarding Pass-nothing more to say really
  • Phone-which I assure was off during flight
  • Ray Ban sunnies which judging by the weather, I don't think I shall be needing
  • Louis V wallet
  • Makeup bag
  • My current read: 'The Handmaid's Tale' by Margaret Atwood (weird but very thought-provoking)
  • As for duty free, well, it would be rude not to...

Classic...

Found this gorgeous leather/cropped/trench jacket at Armani Exchange last week at a half price slash. It is genuinely the most supple and amazing quality leather and I can't resist a sigh of pleasure every time I ease it on. Yesterday I went for my classic go-to look for school with black skinny jeans and brown Isabel Marant lookalikes (which I hunted the high street for).

Sussex 2011

Last week me and my best friend Louise took a well-earned mini break to Sussex before the term begins again next week. The entire village we stayed in was so beautiful and was the perfect destination for a relaxed, girly holiday. A picture is worth a thousand words so I'll let them do all the talking...

  -the view from our flat-
-terrifying black cat that followed us everywhere. call me superstitous....-
